Another photo collage image generated using a folder of civil defense poster art images. I've been using a 30% transparency setting in the Paint Fill Apply control panel of the Studio Artist paint synthesizer for this series. So you get a lot of textural detail from the mixing of the automatically overlaid photo collage images. I do a little multi-res sharpening using Edge compositing and the Blur ip op effect to sharpen these up as a finishing step. It helps pull the mixed in collage detail from the partially transparent overlays to the foreground.
Photo mosaic image generated using an adaptive sub-nesting tiling pattern. Using the new image folder brush option in the Stdio Artist paint synthesizer. Small amount of stylized vectorizer outline technique black source feature overlay.
Another photo collage rendition of an occupy wallstreet protester. I used an image folder source brush for this. 2 passes. The first used a collection of old soviet propaganda poster art. The second (which covers up most but not all of the first) uses a folder of riot images. I'm using nib masking in the paint fill apply control panel in the Studio Artist paint synthesizer to generate the auto-masking for the collage imagers.
