QuadMixer Vectorizer Random Walk -time expansion

This is a continuation of yesterday's post 'QuadMixer Vectorizer Random Walk'.  It shows off how you can work with time expansion features to slow down the generative animation being derived off of the vectorizer random walk.

I used a Studio Artist Transition Context to time expand the original QuadMixer RandomWalk movie.  I did this by animating to a transition context, and then time expanding that transition context.  You can add whatever additional enhancement action steps you want to this time expanded paint action sequence (PASeq).
I then used the time expanded PASeq output to drive the input latent of the U-Net in the generative image synthesis algorithm.  Remember that this animation is being generated with a static fixed text prompt and a fixed random seed, so all of the movement and transformation you see in the animation is actually being driven by the PASeq output.
