DualMode Paint process. Combination of Smartblur ip op as DualOp along with a path start regionization paint preset. There's a also a quick second pass to refine the features based on bezier paths generated using the Color Edge ip op.

Part of the 'ele greco' look comes from using the Darken Differential option for the Composite setting for the SmartBlur ip op being used in the dual mode paint. That gives a very different feel to the paint accumulation when running the dualmode paint (as opposed to just using the normal Replace setting).
