Someone on the Studio Artist user forum asked about generating guilloche pattern halftone screening effects in Studio Artist. There was a lot of discussion about this on our user forum around 10 years ago (give or take a few years). So i remember implementing some different approaches way back then. I know you can generate hypotrochoid patterns in MSG (need to hunt those down for the discussion). And i also remember implementing Rose Curves as MSG pattern generators. You can embed MSG pattern generators in the paint synthesizer to drive painting. So above is a quick example showing that off for a vector paint that acts as an adaptive halftone screen while painting the Rose pattern. You can of course evolve endless variations of the patterning in the Evolution Editor. Fun stuff.Different take on it that is less conventional guilloche patterning and more abstract. Using visual model dropout in Path Application control panel here.

Proving the old adage that there is always something new you can do with an old approach (screening) if you re-conceptualize it.
