text tween
Playing around with the new text tween feature in the new text selection option. Should probably add a few more options for how it works, and hook up to the text brush in the paint synthesizer.

simple Text Bleed
Someone asked about creating a text wet bleed effect on the Studio Artist user forum. It's pretty simple to make one.

Bumped Up the Default Text Cache
Bumped up the default text brush cache options. Exercise to the viewer to figure out the source for this text brush.
Working right now on full words as text nibs in the paint synth. We should have done that years ago.

Surprise
Who knew that you could use an image folder brush and a text brush at the same time. And i'm not talking about using the background texture for one of them. I guess it's nice to know that Studio Artist can surprise even me with new features that have been hiding awaiting to be found. This could be really useful with some of Bernard's custom font shapes, like the splatter ones. You'd use the font for shape masking a set of images for masked photo mosaics or photo collage.

The Watchers
The watchers are watching you. And not those guys from the parallel dimension on Fringe. At least we hope they aren't from there. But i think they just live in Alexandria Virginia and Utah. And apparently Wahiawa on Oahu. Of all the places in the universe, who would have thought the NSA would build an office there. Perhaps because of it's charming ambience?
More gallery show experiments. From my nightly gallery show runs. As i continue to watch it automatically work, and hopefully learn something abut how to make to work better. faster. stronger.

The Spiritual Journey Awaits You
Combination of a PASeq that uses 3 different variations on the same vectorizer effect stacked on top of one another, combined with a region fill as brush pen mode paint preset that paints in a zen like textural message. The guy's head in this looks like he's some kind of bridge troll or elf or puppet, but that's just because of how the vectorizer processing changed his appearance. It's a very normal head shot of a normal looking man that i started with as the source image for this PASeq based effect.

Spiritual Journey
Having some fun with zen text. Trying to rework some of the existing text brush code to clean it up as well as add some new features.

Splat
It hadn't occurred to me to build a splatter paint effect using a text brush. But the 'Split splat splodge' font does an excellent job. Using color range brush size modulation which is what gives the loose edge focus (this is just one quick paint pass using a single paint preset). You can make it a lot tighter (see below), but i kind of like the crazy loose one better.

Shadow Bug (or feature?)
Grabbed this image while testing some new region fill as brush shadow code that includes a code bug. I will leave it to the observant viewer to figure out what the bug is. Or is the bug actually a feature?

Gradient Lighted Text
Another experiment with a text brush paint preset and a multi-octave gradient lighting PASeq preset for post processing.

Mantra
This dropped out of inverting the action steps in a PASeq from the new preset collection we're working on. Region Fill as Brush pen mode using a text word fill.

Hidden Message
Another gallery show test image. Using a random text brush preset. I was using the surprise me paint draw option in the gallery show preferences.
