EBM full path option works for vector brush load nibs now.  Also fixed the annoying spot noise issue that was there before with fixed color min-max computation if the brush size dropped to 0.

Experimenting with a new EBM vector paint option that works on the full path only for vector nib along a path painting.  Resolves the issue i ran into yesterday when i tried to use EBM with fixed color min max modulated gradient coloring when individual nibs along the path dropped out.

Working with gradient brush load where the fixed color local variance statistics are angle modulated by the path direction.

I was curious about using EBM features for this kind of thing, so i tried a similar experiment with no EBM above and EBM turned on below.  This particular paint effect effect loses something with the additional EBM tightness i think.  But as always, turning on EBM immediately gets rid of temporal flicker.
