I added some new features to Studio Artist 4 that are smarter about generating cartoon outline sketch effects. You can output this kind of imagery as vector files if you wish to, which is nice since they then scale infinitely for printing at high resolutions.

Looks great (as a still), i will buy Studio Artist 4 for sure, the question is: when will it be available?

Synthetik is currently finishing up the documentation for Studio Artist v4. Existing 3.5 customers can upgrade early, contact techsupport AT synthetik DOT com for more information if you are interested in early access to v4.
