Added a new feature in pre_V6 for 'region fill as brush' pen mode that lets you use the single nib vector fill options directly for the generated region (1 vector nib per region). They used to always fill as complete vector region fills derived off of the region path before.
Paint synthesizer rendition of vectorizer close pack effect. I embedded the vectorizer preset in the paint synthesizer, and used the new vector nib override option for 'region fill as brush' pen mode.
