And it all tied back to that first comet. Or was it the second one. I get confused.

I mean we thought we knew why there were two. Two interstellar visitors. One right after the other.

Because it was all about us. As it always was. Everything on earth was always about us. And so went the solar system. And so went the galaxy. And so went the entire universe. It was all about us.

It never really occurred to us that we might actually be insignificant in the grand scheme of things.

And the reason why there were two visitors, so close together after such a long length of time with no visitors, that reason might have nothing what so ever to do with us, at all. We were beneath the level of worms. Of no significance at all. To anything. Or anyone.

It was all about Jon Frum.   Interstellar mischief maker.

Or was that the bait. And the con was the long con. And we were mislead once again. Because we were such easy marks. We were suckers. Suckers for cargo. We just had to have it.
