EBM Brush Load -minimizer options

Added minimizer options to the EBM Minimizer brush load in the paint synthesizer. Using a 3x3 overlap grid above.  Using a stochastic sampling algorithm below.  The difference is pretty clear.

I ran 200 frames of the source movie using just a single EBM Minimizer brush load with the new LA Random option.

Exact same paint action step as above.  I added a locally adaptive image compressor action step and a gradient edging multiplier action step.  

I added one additional action step to add a second energy push to get below.
