Social Recession
Kevin Roose says in his New York Times article that "we are on the brink of what Vox's Ezra Klein calls a 'social recession', an epidemic of loneliness and isolation brought on by the virus.
However, he then goes on to say that the cure for that is to use the internet like it was intended to be used. As a way for people to interconnect remotely across the globe. Digital tools can strengthen our real world ties. There is no reason why we have to feel or be isolated when we can digitally connect to our friends and other like minded souls on this blue marble in virtual communities.
Oh yeah, the image. Using the Temporal Rank filter in Studio Artist 5 with a set of curated current news images as the frame source. More subsequent image operation effect processing then you might expect to get it to a place i liked. Also added a painted frame withe the paint synthesizer to focus the image more.
